Our boot camps are group sessions for men and women, all fitness levels and ages, however we also offer a Beginner Weight Loss Boot Camp for those who want to start at a slower pace. We specialize in weight loss, gaining muscle and getting in the best shape of your life. We expect your body to change in our boot camps. My method in conducting these boot camp classes is to have each individual burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest amount of time (over 900 calories in 1 hour) using sports drills, body weight exercises, weighted balls, bands, ropes, TRX, plyometrics, and core training exercises. Each individual’s workout is tailored to their needs and level within the group. You can join in these boot camps whenever you want to start. You must contact me to let me know when you plan on coming to try your FIRST FREE beach boot camp session. All classes are accounted for at SOHI, so you can go on vacation or even be sick and come back to all the classes you left. You can mix and match the classes to fit your schedule, so for example, you can take one morning Ala Moana TRX class with two afternoon Pearl City boot camp classes.
