Megan Clark – Owner, SOHI Fitness I am a personal trainer with over 12 years experience helping people lose weight and get fit. I got my Bachelors of Science from Texas A&M University in Kinesiology and an ACE Certification so that I would be able to help people lose weight, improve their self esteem, teach people to eat better and train people to accomplish more than they thought possible. I trained marines in Hawaii as a civilian to lose weight and improve their fitness scores. I then went on to train firemen and policemen to get in shape for their jobs. In the meanwhile I had 2 kids of my own and decided to broaden my business and become one of the first boot camp and personal training companies in Hawaii. See our ABOUT US for more information.

Stephanie Seiko Gailey Aloha, My Name is Stephanie Seiko Gailey. I am a proud mother of three children. I was raised in San Diego California. I grew up being very active. My parents had me in swimming lessons, Jr lifeguarding, ballet, jazz, and tennis. I also played on the boys and girl clubs softball leagues in our community and on Kauai as an adult. In Junior High I competed in gymnastics and in High School I was on the tennis team. I lived on Kauai for twenty years and since 2004 Oahu has been my home. I have always loved the ocean. My true passion is surfing and all ocean activities. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 6 years now and I love every second of it. I am also very passionate about the work I do. I really can’t call it work; it’s more like the gift I would like to share with others. I see the inner strength and beauty all people possess. My goal is to encourage, guide and motivate children, teens, adults and seniors to embrace their inner strength and beauty, the gift is a full and enriched healthy lifestyle for all that want it. Lane Saito I was born and raised in Wahiawa, Oahu and currently reside in Hawaii Kai. I attended Hawaii Baptist Academy from elementary through high school and upon graduating attended LCC and then the University of Hawaii at Manoa where I graduated in 2007 with a BS degree in civil engineering. During my childhood and through high school I did judo, eventually earning my black belt, and enjoyed spending time at the ocean. The love for the ocean has not left me, as these days you can usually find me at the beach: whether it’s doing a downwind run or racing on my oc-1 or prone paddleboard, swimming to train for an upcoming triathalon race, surfing at marine land with my girlfriend, bodyboarding, or shoreline fishing. Some recent race accomplishments include: completing the 2010 Molokai to Oahu paddleboard race solo and running the Honolulu marathon. I enjoy living an active lifestyle and hope to make fitness fun for you too! A.C.E Certified Personal Trainer |
