
As a TRX Instructor, Megan not only teaches, she is the only trainer in Hawaii designated by TRX Headquarters to certify military personnel as TRX Trainers.
In this class we use TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, battling ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, plyometric exercises and more. It is a high intensity cardio and strengthening, calorie-burning circuit that is unique and will keep you on your toes.

We have both indoor and outdoor locations. Our outdoor locations are at Ala Moana and our indoor location is upstairs at 250 Ward Ave. Both locations have ample parking and our indoor location has A/C and music.
