As a TRX Instructor, Megan not only teaches, but she is the only trainer in Hawaii designated by TRX Headquarters to certify military personnel as TRX Trainers. She is also the TRX coach of Punahou athletes.

In the TRX Circuit class we use TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, battling ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, plyometric exercises and more. It is a high intensity strengthening and calorie-burning circuit that is unique and will keep you on your toes.

TRX Mixed boot camp will kick your butt at any fitness level and is easily modified to both extremes. This is a weight and cardio workout that will get you lean and strong.
